It’s been a long winter this year for most of us. Definitely one where extra strings have been pulled to keep up warm.
The Nepalese have had much, much colder winters for longer than there’s been writing. They adapted by learning from their goats (bear with me!) who grew special soft comfortable winter protection along their bellies. This soft, fine coiled hair can be combed out and spun into warm, light durable yarn, full of air pockets to trap warmth in.
You’d be surprised at how warm you can stay by just wrapping a scarf around your neck. Pashmina International find their shawls in the Himalayan hills, importing directly from safe well-run factories. These top quality, beautifully soft and warm pashmina shawls made from natural cashemre wool are available in a variety of colours.
Selling from bulk-bought supplies, Pashmina International are lower priced than many big stores (who often peddle well packaged but disappointingly poor quality goods; “100% cashmere wool”, for example, is often 8% cashmere and 92% wool). What’s more, shipping is always free, to any location in the world. They’re also a fab holiday gift idea, if you already have enough to keep you warm. The shawls are built to last decades, not just the current season.

Blog Prompt – The toothpick was patented in 1872. Besides the obvious use of the toothpick, is there something else you use this invention for?
I have never been much on using toothpicks. My husband uses them everyday. I have been known to use one when I eat corn, but thats about it.
My husband taught me how to use toothpicks when you need to to put a screw back in a hole that has gotten too big for the screw. Just break off pieces of the toothpick and put next to the screw. This way the screw will have something to grab onto when replacing it back in the wall. You can use this shim method in many small areas. Works great!
I am internet junkie and I do 99% of my shopping online. Its easier, cheaper, I save gas, I don’t have to wait in line and its delivered to my door. I am constantly looking for great deals with free shipping plus sales and they are so easy to find online. Prices at the actual store are higher and in this day and time, I am always looking for the best deal. Stay at home mom’s, this is so important for you to be able to make life easier.
I have now found a way to get cash back in my pocket from sales online with many major companies that we all visit everyday. I love the idea of ma Cashback – Get paid to shop. It’s so easy to do. All you have to do is to look for cash back deals on the MarketAmerica.com website. There is such a wide selection of products and major companies I know you would be interested in.
Look for the products with cash back deals and these savings will be earned and saved when you open an ma Cashback account by just answering a few simple questions. With every cash back purchase you make, you accumulate up to $50.00, which you can withdraw for money in your hand. I know what I could do with an extra $50.00 in my pocket.
Telling your friends about this ma Cashback program will also get you more cash in your hand. Once they sign up as a customer in ma Cashback and list you as the referral, you will get 1/2% cash back on your friends’ purchases as well.
Too easy not to check into and learn about.

Everyone have a sweet and simple day,

I try to invest the majority of my extra money in my retirement and I have been seriously reading about buying gold to help with the value of my portfolio.
I have only read good things about Goldline International and see many recommendations by people I trust. I just wish I had invested many years ago before gold reached $1000.00 an ounce. But, its never too late to make any kind of long term investment. I have found out, but reading Goldline’s website, that I can invest in my IRA. This is great news for my retirement and can’t wait to find out more.
You can order online, order by phone and they will store your purchases. But, you can also have them deliver your purchase to your home. So many options to buy gold, how can anyone go wrong with them.
They also have an Investors Kit you can call and ask for to learn more.
Blog Prompt – Today is Disaster Drill day. Do you plan and prepare for a disaster? If so, how?
Oh wow!! Seems I have been preparing for a disaster for many years.
Living in Southeast Missouri and on one of the largest earthquake zone will keep you prepared. I had heavy furniture nailed to the wall, plastic boxes of items which would be needed in a disaster, the hot water heater ready for extra water and I even had a pack full of items in the trunk of my car ready. We were always told to have items for at least 2 weeks because that would be how long it would take for help to come to our area. Had a few shakes which always made me aware of where I lived and to be prepared.
Now living in Central Florida, I have hurricanes to worry about and the first of every June, I make sure my little box is ready with supplies and that my batteries are all charged up and ready to go.
I hope when that day comes, I will be ready to keep our family safe.
Be safe,
