Ad’s
How do you feel about advertising? Favorite ads? Ads you can’t stand?
I don’t really like how ad’s portray life and how easy, fast and you gotta have it right now it is. Life isn’t easy by no means and there isn’t a product out there that is going to make your life any better.
I especially hate what its doing to our young people and how it makes them feel about themselves. Not pretty enough or good enough. Or all the electronic products you must have to make your life easier. Put that stuff down children and start talking face to face to your parents and the world around you!! Pick up a book and read!!!!
Ok, now to the lighter side of ad’s. You have to admit, there are some great commercials out there. I love the Bud Light/dalmatian commercials. Well, I am a sucker for any commercial with animals and children. The Hallmark and Publix commercials are great and really sweet!! I love the PC and Mac commercials running now. There are tons of Super Bowl commercials I love, but I guess my all time favorites are the Norelco Santa and Clap on, Clap off commercials that use to run at Christmas. I miss those.

Great layout. I agree about ads. We only watch PBS with our kids, so they don’t see many commercials.
I love your take advertising and I completely agree. I don’t think that kids now days have a concept of how to deal with people face to face. Texting, email, very distant. However, I can’t remember the last time I actually wrote a letter. Hmmm…not sure I can remember how to write…lol. TFS!
I really like the layouts.
I don’t watch many ads, unless I’m forced to because of whatever is on the tele. I usually use ad time to change the laundry, stir the pot, pour my coffee, etc. You get the idea.
Great layouts and I couldn’t agree with you more about advertising.
Oh those layouts are beautiful!! And we always mute commercials, so I rarely see them. I didn’t realize how nice of a habit that is, until we spent some time with family who did NOT mute the commercials. It about drove me nuts to watch TV with them.
