Anger Management and Layout

I’ve always been someone to hold my anger in and that bothers me. Why can’t I talk about things that really make me mad to the person who made me mad? I’m over 50 years old and haven’t learned this process yet. This is a subject that I could use some great advice about. I have also gotten to a point that I just don’t let stuff like that bother me anymore. If it doesn’t effect me or my family, I don’t care. And sometimes I shouldn’t be that way.
I hope to get over this one day and I’m afraid what will happen is that I will explode at someone and it won’t be pretty. So beware!!

I think we were brought up during a time where a lady doesn’t show her anger. She is demure and quiet. And like you said, one day we will explode! Maybe you can see it there when I do and maybe I can see it here when you do!
