Be Nice Today and Layout
Blog Prompt: Today is Play God Day. Tell about something nice you will do for someone today.
Today I am helping the neighbor across the street give his wife a surprise party. She is turning 60 today and didn’t want to do anything. But, her husband felt she should have a surprise party. My job is to get her to the party. I hope she hasn’t figured it out.
All the guys are going golfing today and another friend, the birthday girl and I are suppose to go out for drinks and dinner to celebrate her birthday. Little does she know we have something else planned.
I hope to have pictures to share next week.
I also have a layout done with Donna Rafferty’s kit called Pet Show. This is so cute and of course, I had tons of pictures to choose from of my crazy dog Ernest to use. You can find this kit at Plain Digital Wrapper.
Ernest T. Bass is my friend for sure. Even though today he didn’t eat his pill that he has to take everyday and now I have to hunt him down and force it down his throat. What a slobber mess that always is.

The tape element is by April Staker’s basics.

What an adorable dog he is and such a cute layout.
Good luck with the surprise party. Experience tells me that usually people have it figured out but perhaps she’ll be surprised!
Very pretty the dog… and good desire luck with the party surprise. Later I come back here to know as he was everything!
Kisses…
Love your friend and the layout you did. His name is soooooo cute too!
As a HUGE Andy Griffith fan – I have to say… I LOVE your dog’s name!!
Is he as crazy as Ernest T.? I have to know!!
Great LO by the way. And I love the picture. Good luck with that pill. Ick..
I helped my boss out with a huge project today, saving her a few hours of her time and effort!
This reminds me that I need to do some LOs of my animal friends. I have tons of pics, but never thought to scrap them – duh!
I hope your neighbor is surprised! Have a great time and I can’t wait to see the photos.
That is very sweet of you to help out with the surprise party!
Your dog is just adorable too, as is Donna’s kit!
Enjoy your weekend!
Hope that party goes well! Can’t wait to see the pictures!
Your idea to help in such a situation is a noble thing. I respect people that dare to care. Both me and my wife always tend to organize such parties to people that are too shy to organize a party themselves or just don’t want to bother anyone else.
It brings the desire to live and enjoy life back!
Thanks for sharing this post and idea with us. It might inspire others to do the same, and that is honorable!
And that’s a lovely dog!
