As most of you already know, I have been wearing glasses since I was 1 1/2 years old. A very long time and a lot of money for office visits, glasses and contacts. I love blogging and love having pictures to describe what my blog writing won’t.

My husband and I have been flipping homes for quite awhile now and loved what we were doing. Then the real estate fell completely out and we had 3 flip homes that were just sitting there and eating up all our capital we had worked so hard to earn.

As the months went on and the houses didn’t sell, we were slowly falling into debt that was hard on both of us. I would love to have some clothes that were designed for me and for my body.  I don’t have the type of body that just anything will fit and I’m sure some of you have the same problem.  The outfit in the picture is something I would wear all the time.  Very classy.

I did find a great site where you can purchase Oscar de la Renta clothes and be fitted for them in the store.  There are beautiful items to choose from along with clothes.  Such as shoes and bags.

I love going to the beach, renting a nice home, sharing with family and enjoying this time of the year.  The crowds are low, its still warm and the sunsets are to die for.  When ever I look for a rental, I usually look for good property management companies and I found a great one in the Outer Banks of Carolina.  The Outer Banks vacation rentals are in Corolla, Duck, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Nags Head & Southern Shores are just beautiful with great rates, a lot of pictures to look at and tons of rentals to choose from.  They are fully equipped and some have pools and hot tubs.  This is such a beautiful part of the country this time of the year.

The website is very easy to navigate through.  You can search for homes by arrival date, how many bedrooms and price range.  I love all the photos that are shown about the properties, which help a lot to decide what you want to choose.  And for all of you who want to bring your pets, you can search for properties that allow pets on their property.  I really love that because I hate to leave my dog home in a kennel for a whole week.  He should enjoy a vacation too!

I am always worried if my homeowners insurance will take care of things if we are hit by all the water, wind or tornado. I was reading the other day where some one’s car was destroyed by a tornado and their car insurance wouldn’t pay because it was an act of God.

These bring up interesting questions. So, I started doing some research for insurance in my state of Florida and found where I can get free cheap auto insurance and also find insurance agents close by. I was able to view insurance quotes from a lot of major insurance companies for my car and home.

Living in Florida has its challenges, but keeping up with the latest insurance quotes will save me money in the long run.

Still working on updating our house and I still have a problem with that ugly light in the bathroom. Half of it works, it looks like something you would have in a dressing room and its time to update my light fixtures.  I love the new look of the bronze color for lighting today.
