Well, the year of 2010 is over and this is my last layout for the year. The last two weeks were combined into one layout. Of course, Glenn and I enjoyed our Christmas dinner with my mom and one of her neighbors. We love sharing Christmas with new people.

The year is almost up on my scrapbook pages and its time for a few Christmas parties. I loved the one we had with the Garden Club. Shared time with friends and great food. I also won one of the door prizes. YEA!

December sure did come around and bring some serious cold to our area. Everything is brown once again and my palms are all burned again. There is still a bit of green there, which is a good sign and I hope they come back again this summer.
Mom and I went on the Garden Club’s Christmas Tour and she enjoyed it very much. I love looking at all the different homes and their decorations.

Its December and that means its time to get out the Christmas decorations. I love decorating the tree and adding a few things around the home for that special touch. Our ornament for 2010 was a church. Since we have found the perfect place to worship. We truly enjoy our new church and family.

The end of November has arrived and so has the cold. But it did hold off long enough to enjoy Thanksgiving with my mom, her sister, husband, daughter and her family. We had such a wonderful time and I love seeing them when we can. We all live in different areas now and getting together may mean just once a year. I am so thankful for my family.

When November rolls around, Glenn and I know its time to clean the windows in the lanai. It takes a couple of days to do this process, but its worth it. Of course, it never fails, it will rain on them and the spots will be right back. But, it also gives us a chance to clean the lanai up well and the weather is always nice then.
Had a great Orchid discussion at the Garden Club this week. This is one plant that I have a hard time growing. Maybe someday I will try it again.

It was a long week for me with play practice in full steam and as the Stage Manager, my time was just beginning. Helping put up the set, working with the rest of the crew and then the actual play at the end of the week. This was a great comedy and I enjoyed working with everyone.
