Project 365 – November 1-7

It’s November in Central Florida and the weather has just been perfect. We could use a bit of rain, but thank goodness for sprinklers. We did have about an inch this week.

It was time for the primaries and we were so glad the way it turned out for the country. The play will be next weekend, so it was time for me to help with setting up the stage. Hard work, but it turned out great.

Project 365 – September 27-31

I can’t believe the last week of September is already here and before you know it the end of the year will be here.

Our care group started a new class called Outflow and we are enjoying our worship time with new friends. My ipod touch came in and I LOVE IT!!! It’s like carrying around a little computer. We both love it the day of college football to keep up with all the scores.

Project 365 – September 20-26

I hung out the UGA garden flag and I do believe its time to get a new one. You can see through it and it has faded badly. The harvest moon was just beautiful on the first day of fall and some friends gave us a new coffee pot that we love!!

I am so loving this new Sweet and Simple #9 kit by Weeds and Wildflowers. Love the colors.

Project 365 – September 13-19

We had a great meeting with Garden Club and learned how to trim our trees properly here in Central Florida. If trimmed properly, hurricane winds may spare your large trees.

Project 365 – September 6-12

I was busy this week working on photo books for a couple of members in our Garden Club. I had to fetch all the scrapbooks to get pictures of these two wonderful women. I hope they like their gift at the Appreciation Brunch we will have in October.

Project 365 – September 1- 5

Welcome to September and cooler temps!!! And fall is just around the corner.

We had a few foggy mornings and my little bird house still doesn’t have an occupant. Maybe one day.

My flowers are still hanging in there and I really love that.

Since its the first of the month, I am using the new Sweet and Simple kit #9 from Weeds and Wildflowers. Beautiful shades of blue.

Project 365 – August 23 – 31

August has come to a close and hoping for much cooler weather around the corner. Our mailbox had an accident, so my “fixer up” husband did one of his fantastic jobs and now our mailbox is back in service. Even after a very warm and dry summer, my butterfly garden is slowly making its way to shutting down the blooms and preparing for winter. If we don’t get a frost, I should have some blooms all winter. We also voted in our area primary and we were pleased with the turnout.
