Blog Prompt – What is your favorite quote and how does it apply to you?
“What goes around, comes around”
This has been so true all my life. My favorite was while I was in high school, I wasn’t the “skinny” girl and I was teased about it by some girls. I wasn’t large by any means, but I wasn’t bone thin either. Yea, it bothered me. But, thats just the way I looked and I dealt with it.
Anyway, it was time for our 20th class reunion and I am the same size I was 20 years ago. One of the girls that use to tease me the most came in the door and when I saw her, I thought to myself, life is too good. She was, well to put it bluntly, as big as a barn. You bet I didn’t make any bones about going up and saying hi and seeing the look on her face. That was such a great party!!

I’m so glad that you got to see it “come around!” I know things like that have happened to me often enough to believe in this. I remember thinking catty thoughts about a lady in the theater and I’ll be darned if she didn’t end up sitting right beside me the rest of the night! LOL I guess I deserved it and try to curb my thoughts now.
I LOVE that quote! I agree that it would be nice if it would come around faster, lol! There are certainly a few peeps I am still waiting to see them get theirs, lol!
