Father-in-Law
Blog Prompt: Today is Father-in-Law Day. Describe your father-in-law if you have one or tell what you think a perfect father-in-law would be like.
I don’t have a father-in-law because he passed away many years ago before I met my husband. But, I understand by many family members and my husband he was a hoot!! They more they talk about him, the more I realized where my husband got his personality and sense of humor from.
I know I would’ve really loved this man and I wish I could have one day with him to brag about his son and let him know what a good man he raised. I know my husband would love to talk to him one more day too.
Someday, we will all be together and I will get that chance.
I thought I would pass along a picture of Glenn, he is the small boy, and his family many years ago at the Bok Sanctuary here in Florida. His grand father helped build it. Beautiful place.

I don’t have a FIL either. Sounds like he was a fun FIL.
It is a shame you didn’t get to meet him but at least you can see him through your husband.
I love Bok Tower and would love to go back one of these days (it has been many years since I was there). Now it is even more special.
