World Egg Day? I guess eggs deserve a day! Ha,ha! My favorite egg dish is sorta a quiche… I found it in an old Betty Crocker Pamphlet and it uses a Box of scalloped potatoes for the crust, the filling is eggs, ham, swiss, and brocolli, and the seasoning packet is then cooked with milk and mustard until thickened and mixed into the rest of the filling then baked. Yum yum yum! I love eggs and especially egg casseroles. I think my fave egg treat is holiday egg nog, using an old family recipe!
