I hope everyone had a great New Years Eve and you got to ring it in with someone special.
My husband and I watched the very disappointing Georgia Tech game and then after that watched the most amazing motorcycle jump we have ever seen. Before he made the jump, we watched Dick Clark count down for the ball drop in New York. Bless His Heart! He does have a hard time counting after his stroke.
Back to the jump.
Robbie Maddison is a very young Evil Knievel and is famous for his jumps. This year he jumped the arch at the Paris Hotel in Vegas and I have a video showing this. Its worth a peek at it.

Hi, we had great beginning of 2009
First our 2 years old boy had fun with us, danced till 22:30, then we had great champaigne 
It was so tasty. And just after a midnight our little boy (6 months old) woke up ti celebrate New Year with us 
Bit boring, but I’m so glad I spent that time with our little guys 
Watching movie sounds interesting, maybe next year
I’m totally with you on your feelings about Fruitcake! I saw the jump on the news the next day and it was awesome. I also saw the Ga. Tech game…enough said.

Did you know that Ben Franklin pushed for the Turkey to be our National Bird? Can you imagine? LOL!
I’ve never really thought about my fave bird, but maybe seagulls, b/c they have the best life, lol. Cardinals are sentimental too….
