Halloween Party
One thing about living in a 55+ community is that there are ton’s of parties to go to and we will have a party for any reason.
Well, Halloween is coming up and I am planning on having a great Halloween party. I needed halloween party ideas and I think I might go with some these ideas. We all love drinking wine, so how about a Redneck Halloween Wine Tasting party!! Oh yea!!
This party can be a little sophisticated but a lot of fun. I hope I can get the guests to wear some kind of costume and I know my husband and I will go as rednecks. We won’t have to work too hard on those costumes.
We have tons of ideas for decorations. Using metal wash tubs, put out the ironing board as a buffet table. Make sure there are plenty of fly swatters out. We can drink out of Mason jars and use plastic and paper for all the eating plates and utensils. Easy clean up for sure. Use some hub caps for platters to serve food on and have tons of baskets adorned with red hankerchiefs around full of party favors. Food will consist of finger foods, cheese, crackers and small desserts.
Of course I will have to carve a few toothless Jack O Lanterns to sit around. Make sure the rooms are full of hillbilly music.
I think this will be a great Halloween party for all!
