I love the idea of rewards companies give to their employees for doing a great job.
One such company that has corporate incentive programs is Bellwether Rewards. They help companies set up incentive programs for employees to enjoy when they have done a great job for the company. This seems like a great win win situation for everyone.
For example. Let’s say that if Joe sells 10 cars in one month, then Bellwether Rewards then arranges the travel for the salesmen who meet that goal. Bellwether’s travel rewards can also be offered to customers by sales associates as an incentive to continue showing loyalty.
