Mom’s Lunch Box
Blog Prompt – Today is Pack Your Mom’s Lunch Day. What would you pack in your mom’s lunch box for her?
I would pack a homemade Pimento Cheese sandwich on wheat bread from a recipe my mom gave me and that I will make this weekend for next weeks jobs. I would also pack a pasta salad that we love to make quite a bit and a bottle of green tea. I would also throw a cookie in there.
When it comes to food, my mom is not hard to please. She likes to eat lite now a days, because of her busy schedule.
A few years back, when I still lived in Missouri, my dad needed to go for his check up in St. Louis and I road with him. My mom packed us up a lite lunch for us to snack on when we were on our way home. We stopped at a rest stop and had a nice little lunch in their van. My mom packs great lunches for sure.
