Puzzle Mania
Blog Prompt: Today is National Puzzle Day. What kind of puzzles do you like or dislike and why?
My husband and I love doing puzzles. After we get done with taxes every year, its like a release of tension and we will get a 1000 piece puzzle, lay it out and start putting it together. He will work on it a bit and then I will work on it. Depending on how difficult it is, we usually put one together in a week.
The thing of it is, we always set this puzzle up on the kitchen table and it gets in the way. I have a table on the lanai and I need flat surface to put out there to lay the puzzle pieces on . One of those card table fold up tops.
My fav puzzle right now was one that was all the dog breeds. That was fun to put togther. The ones with a lot of one color, I don’t care to put them together. But, I will do it just to work my brain a bit more.
The picture shows the dog puzzle. Lots of brown in that one.
I haven’t done a puzzle in ages!!! I have done a few online just for fun but they aren’t the same! It’s so cold and snowy here in PA that i just may have to find a puzzle to work on this weekend!!! thanks for the idea!!
Beautiful puzzle Tammy! My daughter used to love the Puzz 3-Ds as well as jigsaws when she was younger. She framed a couple of her finished projects.
What a cool looking puzzle! I always had a jigsaw puzzle in my classroom for my students with autism to do and they loved it! I guess the parts were very predictable but I thought it was just fun.
