Travel Companion
Who is your favorite traveling companion? Or is there some historical figure or fictional character with whom you would like to share a trip?
My fav traveling companion at the moment is my hubby. He is such a good driver and he knows that he always has to stop to let me get a sodie with ice for the trip. He’s so sweet.
Sometimes, the crazy dog will go with us and he loves to ride in the car. Just stop now and again to let him potty and get a drink. He has to wear a doggie seat belt when ever he is in the car. I had to stop suddenly one day and he was sitting in the back seat. All of a sudden, 60 pounds of dog came flying through the air. I was able to stop him, but I thought right then and there I would have to search for a doggie seat belt.
Now, if I was going to a very strange place or another country, I would love to have someone that knew the area that would ride with us and to learn more about the area we were in.
I like going places with my husband, too. We both like to get off the beaten path, and we like to look at the same kinds of things. We had great fun exploring Korea and Newfoundland. I’ve been itching to go somewhere else. I always get kind of wanderlusty in the fall.
I also like going places with my husband as well. However I suck as a travleing companion because I am such a baby, as soon as we are on the road give me 30 min and I will be asleep. lol
Nothing beats our hubbys, especially if we are in a strange country!

I’ve never seen a doggie seat belt, but what a great idea!
I think my husband is the best travel companion too. But the dogs are a close second. They just get so excited when they are able to come with me.
